Norfolk Holiday Homes has been operating successfully in Hunstanton, Norfolk since before 1960 (Birds Estate Agents took over in 1989 and Sandra Hohol and Julie Rushmer took over the business as Norfolk Holiday Homes Ltd in December 2015). Julie retired from Directorship in August 2021.  Carol Bacon joined the team in June 2018 and is a very welcome asset to the company. Claire Quinn is now a new addition to the admin/reception side of the business and we hope she will enjoy working as part of our small team.

We are privileged to offer  a lovely varied selection of individually owned self-catering holiday homes on the North West Norfolk coast and countryside.  We are expanding further into Norfolk too, so as time goes on we will have more inland or further around the coast.

Acting as the owners' agents, we ensure the property you choose is up to our own standards in line with National guidelines. For many years we used The English Tourist Board, Visit England and  Quality In Tourism for inspections but we now carry out our own.

We do not claim to be experts but have been doing this for a very long time so consider ourselves experienced in our business and with people - being able to find suitable properties to offer to our many returning and new guests to suit a variety of requirements.

Norfolk Holiday Homes prides itself in it's flexible and friendly, yet still efficient service it provides for both it's holiday home owners and guests. We are proud to offer a personal service as guests have told us they "feel at home" when they book with Norfolk Holiday Homes. As we are just a small company, enquiries for accommodation etc. are dealt with on a "one to one" basis with Sandra, Carol  and Claire.  They know the properties and the area very well and are therefore able to answer most queries immediately without reference to the owners. There are no telephone menus to listen to either if you ring out of hours, and as all queries and individual, they are answered individually and almost immediately.

Our properties are very diverse: Caravans and lodges on Manor Park Holiday Park (Parkdean Resorts), apartments, unusual properties, houses, cottages and bungalows mostly on the Norfolk coast - so there is plenty to choose from and to suit all budgets and family sizes. Quality properties for everyday people!

Our properties cover Hunstanton, Old Hunstanton, Thornham, Brancaster, Heacham, Snettisham, Dersingham and Holme.   We recommend booking early as many properties are very popular! The area is a magnet for birdwatchers, sailing, windsurfing, walking and golf enthusiasts. There are various events throughout the year which makes the area very popular. Local pubs offer traditional and guest ales together with a wide selection of menus.

Half our holiday homes welcome dogs and this is outlined in each description. Some may take more than one, so please check.

Couples and singles have a choice too with new properties we have added this year.  Private, and away from main road, perfect to relax and chill, write, paint etc and get away from it all.

Many properties are booked from year to year by the same families and many have been coming to Norfolk for over 35 years - now bringing grandchildren! Norfolk is easily accessible from the Midlands and London and public transport runs regularly with both trains into Kings Lynn and buses to Hunstanton and along the coast. There is even a 'Land Train' Service which runs regularly all day through the main holiday season from one end of Hunstanton to the other!

We offer an honest, no nonsense and friendly service where we know all our properties and our holiday home owners. So our  guests know they are being well looked after by two people who have been in the business for many years and are attentive to holiday family's requirements.  We appreciate that our guests like to be flexible too, and endeavour to arrange holidays around their needs.

Many celebrities have made their second homes here too as well as the celebrity chefs who own several pubs and restaurants in the area! Who knows who you might bump into in Norfolk?!

Norfolk Holiday Homes is a member of PACT and  the HHA (Holiday Home Association).  which outline rules and regulations in the holiday home industry There is also Code of Practice which is a comprehensive set of guidelines that sets out standards in health and safety, marketing, accessibility, liability insurance, date protection and complaints procedures.
